Recipe of the Month:


TM&C EASTERN SHORE RECIPE

Ingredients
18 oz cooked cavatappi pasta (approx 9oz dry)
2 cups béchamel sauce
5oz cooked lump crab meat
4oz cooked lobster meat
1oz green onion, cut on bias 1/4”
4 tbsp mascarpone cheese
3oz panko breadcrumb
1oz whole butter

Method
Cook cavatappi pasta per box instruction
Make béchamel  sauce (see recipe)
Melt whole butter and mix together with panko breadcrumb, set aside
Heat béchamel sauce in a large pan, add mascarpone cheese whisk until a smooth sauce just off the boil
Add cavatappi pasta and mix well
Fold in cooked crab, lobster and half of the green onions
Place in baking dish and cover with buttered bread crumb
Bake at 400F until bubbling and top is golden
Garnish with remaining green onions, serve
